Party Room Facts:

Rock Hill Galleria's Party Room is available for rental in two hour time blocks:
Monday - Saturday:  10am – 12pm,  1pm – 3pm, 4pm – 6pm & 6:30pm - 8:30pm
Sunday:  12:30pm – 2:30pm & 3pm – 5pm

The price of the Party Room includes a rental fee of $25 and a refundable deposit of $25.  Total amount due at the time of reservation is $50.
Only cash or money orders made payable to JTL Rock Hill, LLC will be accepted.  

In order to receive your refundable deposit, the following conditions must be met:

• Party Room must be left clean and in the original condition
• Vacate Party Room by schedule ending time
• Trash must be placed in provided trash cans
• Provided decorations should not be adjusted or removed from the Party Room
• Adhere to the “What is not allowed Guidelines” below
  *Cash deposits will be refunded on the next business day; money orders may take up to 15 days.

Party Room Waiver:

A waiver must be completed for each child attending the party and signed by you or their parent/legal guardian.   No child is allowed in the party room without a signed waiver.   Waivers should be turned in to the Mall Office two (2) days prior to party date. 
There are no exceptions to this rule.

Frequently Asked Questions:

• Reservations:
  Reservations are on a first come first serve basis.  Upon payment in full, the Party Room may be reserved 30 days in advance.
• Cancellations/Rescheduling:
  Cancellations are accepted up to one week prior to your event.  Should you wish to cancel or reschedule,  a non refundable fee of $10.00 will be charged.
• When to arrive for your party:
  You may arrive up to 10 minutes prior to your reserved time.
  Security will provide entrance to the room upon your arrival.  Please contact Security at 803.230.2488.
• What is NOT allowed in the Party Room:
  Alcoholic beverages, confetti, piñatas, silly string, or decorations attached to walls or ceiling.
• When to leave the room:
  Please leave the room at the scheduled ending time for your party. Our Staff has to clean up and set up for the next party.

*Parents must supervise the party at all times.
